These terms govern your use of striveleadgen.com (the "Site"), operated by Strive LeadGen LLC. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site describes our lead generation services and lets businesses request information. Nothing on the Site is an offer that binds us. Any purchase of leads is governed by a separate written agreement or insertion order, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Your submissions
You agree that information you submit is accurate, that you are authorized to submit it for your business, and that you will not submit anyone else's information without their permission.
Text messages
Strive LeadGen LLC sends texts about its lead services only to people who opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help, or email hello@striveleadgen.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in bulk, or send spam or malicious code through its forms.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, the Strive LeadGen name, and logos belong to us. You may not use them without our written permission.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Descriptions of our services are general and do not promise any particular volume, conversion rate, or result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
We bill by invoice. Invoices can be paid by ACH bank transfer or by card through our payment processor. Prices and payment terms for each engagement are set in the signed proposal, agreement, or insertion order.
- Website and marketing projects. Deposits, refunds, and cancellation terms are set in the signed proposal or agreement for each project.
- Monthly services. Monthly plans, such as website care, renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime by email. Service continues through the end of the paid month, and the current month is not refunded.
- Leads. If a delivered lead has wrong contact details, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We replace it or credit it on your next invoice. Leads are not refunded in cash.
- Billing questions. Email hello@striveleadgen.com about any charge. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can resolve it.
